These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the access to and use of the online gaming platform operated under the brand name Jaya128, accessible at https://jaya128.cam ("Platform", "Website", "Service"). The Platform is operated by the company holding the applicable international gaming licence ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager or bet, you ("User", "Player", "You") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. To register and maintain an Account on Jaya128, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform.
• You must be accessing the Platform as a private individual in a personal capacity, not on behalf of any business, syndicate, or organisation.
• You must not be a resident or citizen of any Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined by the Company's operating licence.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of the Company or any of its affiliated gaming software providers.
• You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion arrangement with Jaya128 or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You must not be diagnosed with or currently receiving treatment for a gambling disorder or addiction, unless you have received written clearance from a qualified medical professional and complied with all Platform self-exclusion procedures.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

The Company reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such evidence within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension pending verification.

Each User may register only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update your Account if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your Account access with any third party. The Company accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the User has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Jaya128 customer support immediately via Live Chat or email at [email protected].

Jaya128 is required under its international operating licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing any withdrawal request. KYC may also be triggered at the Company's discretion at any point during your Account's lifecycle — for example, if unusual transaction patterns are detected or if account details require confirmation.

The following documents are typically required for KYC completion:

• Proof of Identity: Valid Malaysian MyKad (front and back), Driver's Licence, or valid International Passport — showing full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document issued within the past three (3) months, showing your full name and current residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of you holding your identity document, with your face and the document text both clearly visible.
• Payment Method Verification: Where required, evidence of ownership of the deposit method used (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account or bank account statement).

KYC documents must be submitted through the secure Verification Centre within your Account dashboard. All submissions are encrypted in transit and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of submission.

All deposits and withdrawals must be conducted using payment methods registered to and verified against your Account. Jaya128 currently supports the following payment channels for Malaysian users: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (all major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and RHB), as well as select cryptocurrency options including USDT TRC20, Bitcoin (BTC), and Ethereum (ETH).

The minimum deposit amount is RM 50 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Withdrawal minimums and processing times vary by payment method and are published in the Cashier section of the Platform.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, to the extent possible. Where this is not technically feasible, the Company may require additional verification before processing a withdrawal to an alternative method.

• e-Wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Processed instantly to within 3–10 minutes under normal conditions.
• Bank Transfer / FPX / DuitNow: Typically processed within 5–30 minutes, subject to bank processing times.
• Cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20, BTC, ETH): Processed within 15–60 minutes, subject to blockchain network confirmation times.

The Company does not impose deposit or withdrawal fees. Third-party fees charged by your payment provider or bank are outside the Company's control and are your responsibility.

The Company reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or where required by the Company's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance obligations.

From time to time, Jaya128 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rebates, free bets, VIP rewards, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, as well as the following general conditions:

• All bonuses are available to eligible registered Users only. The Company reserves the right to exclude any User from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, payment method, or email address unless the promotion specifically states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, expiry windows, and game contribution percentages are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• The standard maximum bet when using active bonus funds is RM 250 to RM 500 per round or per bet, unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) typically contribute 10–20%. Live Dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are published with each promotion.
• Bonus Funds expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated timeframe — typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit, as stated per promotion.
• The Company reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of the bonus system — including but not limited to coordinated wagering designed to reduce risk while meeting rollover requirements — constitutes bonus abuse and may result in account suspension and forfeiture.

All bets placed on Jaya128 — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sports markets, or other available gaming products — are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are only accepted from Users who have sufficient verified Real Money Balance or eligible Bonus Funds in their Account at the time the bet is placed.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is binding. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended except where the Platform's specific game rules expressly provide for such cancellation.
• All game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or by live event outcomes, as applicable. The Company does not guarantee any specific outcome.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or connectivity failure during a game or bet, the Company reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the wagered amount to the User's Account. The Company is not liable for losses resulting from technical disruptions outside its control.
• For sports betting: all markets are subject to the specific rules published in the sportsbook section, including rules regarding match abandonment, voided markets, and settlement procedures. Pre-match odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed.
• The Company reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any event, market, or game at its sole discretion, including imposing individual account betting limits on users displaying unusual betting patterns.
• Bets placed in error due to obvious pricing errors (palpable errors) may be voided by the Company, regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed. The User will be notified and the staked amount returned.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jaya128 Platform. Any User found engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or using stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder, transfer, or conceal funds derived from illegal activity. All suspicious transactions are reported in accordance with applicable AML obligations.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, coordinating with other Users, or using technical methods to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with the intent of the promotion.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in casino or poker games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or other automated systems to place bets or interact with the Platform without human oversight.
• Arbitrage & Hedging: Systematic exploitation of odds differentials between Jaya128 and other platforms for guaranteed profit, in a manner that exploits Platform pricing rather than reflecting genuine sporting opinion.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider for deposits that were validly processed by the Platform.
• Hacking or Interference: Attempting to access, tamper with, or disrupt the Platform's systems, databases, or software.

All content on the Jaya128 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publishing any Platform content without prior written authorisation.
• Using the Jaya128 name, logo, or brand materials in any external communication, marketing, or website without express written consent.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any Platform software.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jaya128 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of funds resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or data loss caused by events outside the Company's reasonable control, including Force Majeure events.
• The outcome of any game or bet — all gaming results are inherently uncertain and involve risk of financial loss.
• Any reliance on information, odds, statistics, or content published on the Platform that subsequently proves inaccurate.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the Company's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, collusion, or money laundering.
• Identification of the Account holder as being under 21 years of age.
• User request for self-exclusion or Account closure under the Responsible Gambling Policy.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to applicable notification and dormancy fee provisions as published in the Cashier section.

Upon Account closure, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the User's last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to KYC and AML checks. Bonus Funds and any bonus-derived winnings that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the Company's international gaming licence (Curaçao jurisdiction).

If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through customer support, disputes may be referred to the Company's designated alternative dispute resolution process, as described in the Help section of the Platform.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect legitimate interests.
